- Payment information — when you purchase a plan or an AI Caricature package, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Communications — messages you send us by email or through our contact options.

- Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the site, such as pages visited and actions taken.

- Create, host, and maintain your wedding hub and gallery.
- Generate QR codes, process uploads, and power features like the AI Caricature Photo Booth.

4. AI Caricature Photo Booth
When you or your guests use the AI Caricature Photo Booth, a selfie image is processed by an AI image-generation service to create a stylized caricature. These images are used solely to generate the caricature and to save it to your hub gallery. We do not use guest selfies for advertising, and we do not sell them. 5. Your Hub Privacy Controls
Your wedding hub is private and accessible only to people with your QR code or invite link. As the hub owner, you can hide, delete, or approve posts and comments, and you can require approval before content goes public. Guests can contribute photos, videos, audio, and messages without creating an account.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, AI image generation, and email delivery, who are bound to protect your information.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Data Retention
We keep your hub content for as long as your hub is active. During a free trial, your hub stays active for collecting memories. With a paid plan, your hub remains online as a permanent memory archive so you can revisit it on anniversaries. You may download your content or request deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your memories and continually improve our protections.

WedPort is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

WedPort is operated from the United States and used by couples and guests around the world. By using our service, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
