Welcome to WedPort. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account or using WedPort, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About These Terms
WedPort ("WedPort," "we," "us," or "our") is a wedding and event photo-sharing platform operated by BillCore, LLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and WedPort. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who Can Use WedPort
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and a wedding hub. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Creating and Managing Your Hub
WedPort lets you create a private hub where guests can share photos, videos, audio messages, written notes, and AI caricatures. As the hub owner, you control its privacy and are responsible for the content posted to it, including content contributed by guests you invite. You may hide, approve, or remove content and manage contributors through your dashboard.
4. Your Content and Ownership
You and your guests retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio, messages, and caricatures uploaded to your hub ("Your Content"). You grant WedPort a limited license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content uploaded to your hub and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You are also responsible for informing your guests that their contributions are collected in your hub.
5. AI Caricature Photo Booth
The AI Caricature Photo Booth is an optional add-on that uses an AI image-generation service to create stylized caricatures from guest selfies. By using this feature, you and your guests agree that selfie images may be processed by our AI service provider for the sole purpose of generating the caricature. Caricatures are generated automatically and AI output may occasionally be imperfect; we do not guarantee any particular result. The AI Photo Booth is sold in packages as described at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
To keep WedPort a safe and respectful space, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes others' rights.
- Upload selfies or images of any person without their knowledge, or of any minor without parental consent, to the AI Photo Booth.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Plans, Pricing, and Billing
WedPort offers a free trial as well as paid plans. During the free trial, your hub stays active for collecting memories, and includes a limited number of free AI caricature credits to try the booth. After your trial, plans renew at the price shown at signup (for example, $39/year), and AI Caricature packages are billed separately as described at the time of purchase.
Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment processor. You may cancel at any time, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change our pricing on a going-forward basis; changes will not affect a term you have already paid for.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us, and your hub will remain accessible according to your plan terms. For questions about refunds on subscriptions or AI Caricature packages, please contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.
9. Downloading and Deleting Your Content
You can download all collected photos, videos, audio messages, written notes, and caricatures as a complete archive. You may also request deletion of your hub and associated content. Once deleted, content may not be recoverable, so we encourage you to download a copy first.
10. Intellectual Property
The WedPort name, logo, website design, and software are the property of WedPort and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.
11. Service Availability
We work hard to keep WedPort available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes that affect active hubs.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI caricatures will meet your expectations, or that content will always be preserved without loss, though we take careful measures to protect it.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WedPort and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedPort and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service (including the AI Photo Booth), or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
