Congratulations on this huge accomplishment, you really deserve it! You have done amazing things in the past and I know you will continue to do amazing things in the future, more than anyone could imagine. I'm sorry I can't be there but I'll be supporting you from afar! If I had any advice to give to someone becoming a peer, I'd like to ask that you keep an eye out, make sure that players, especially young and new ones, are playing the game they want to play. Just something I like to try to keep in mind. Congratulations again!

Becoming a peer is more about the dreamer than it is about the recipient. You are being elevated for skill you already have, qualities you have already shown, and leadership you have already displayed. The elevation won't change that. But it will show the dreamer what they can aspire to be. It will show the people on the path who they can emulate and learn from to get where they want to go. Keep being who you are, and be the peer who holds a standard, but lifts those around you up to meet it. Love you!!
