I am so proud to share this beautifully styled shoot, created on the secluded Skinningrove Beach and at the elegant Egton Manor in North Yorkshire, and to celebrate the incredible talents of several Love My Dress recommended suppliers.
Drawing inspiration from the English coastline, the team embraced a palette of sandy yellows and soft sea blues to reflect the beauty of the natural landscape. The story included a celebrant-led ceremony by the water’s edge before moving inland to the grandeur of Egton Manor, an elegant and secluded country house wedding venue set in the heart of North Yorkshire.
With thoughtful styling, evocative florals and meaningful details, this shoot captures the romance and intimacy of a coastal celebration while showcasing the versatility of two breathtaking locations. Enjoy!

This styled shoot was inspired by the beauty of the English coastline. The colour palette was chosen to reflect that, from the sandy yellows to sea blues.

The aim was to showcase the natural beauty and romance of a beachside celebrant-led ceremony at the lovely secluded Skinningrove Beach followed by a coastal inspired reception at Egton Manor.

I wanted to create a styled shoot that made the viewer feel something – the connection and love between two people. I wanted it to conjure up feelings of nostalgia and intimacy. This was brought to life through the use of both digital and 35mm film photography, adding a sense of rawness and authenticity.
Working closely with Leah (Wild Sweet Pea) on the floral design, I wanted to use pots of flowers in the design to show how versatile they can be. They were moved from the beach to the venue and reused in various places, showing their potential. The flowers were carefully chosen to complement the colour palette, with bountiful hydrangeas and soft delphiniums, among other varieties.
The finishing touches came in the form of hand-painted bespoke stationery, featuring a Victorian Puzzle Purse invitation, paired with delicate details cards, bespoke menus and shell-inspired name cards. Additionally, the beautiful cake was hand-crafted to reflect the wildness of the sea, using blue and yellow icing, creating a truly one-of-a-kind design.
Lastly, we were fortunate to have a range of stunning jewellery from Philip Stoner, including a yellow diamond engagement ring and matching ear rings that worked seamlessly with the rest of the bridal attire.

The final look was the honeymoon attire, which saw Phoebe change for the third time into the Bluebell Fleur Midi dress from Olana.
