When it comes time to plan your bachelorette party, it can often feel like there aren't many spots to choose from. As you weigh whether you should celebrate your upcoming nuptials in Las Vegas, Nashville, or Miami, you may find yourself craving something different and out of the ordinary. Luckily, there are so many other cities to consider. Unexpected and underrated, cities such as Chicago, Dubai, and even Manchester, Vermont, can be great picks for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. And while there's nothing wrong with hosting your getaway in a popular hot spot, there's something exciting about booking a trip somewhere completely new.
Consider what you want to prioritize when it comes to your bachelorette party, whether that's affordability, good weather, diverse activities, or unforgettable food, before landing on a location. Once you determine what's most important to you, it'll help make your selection of a spot that much easier. However, even though this celebration is about you, make sure to account for your friends' interests as well. "A good bachelorette party destination should offer plenty of sunshine and a variety of activities for the group to enjoy," says Jennifer Avey, the vice president of marketing at Celebration Travel Group. If you're looking to save money, book a group package, an option that many spots now have available. "Many resorts are offering exclusive bachelorette party packages that come equipped with everything you need including unique activities," Avey says. "Think tequila or wine tastings, bonfires on the beach as well as personalized décor, and VIP amenities like beach/pool butler service."
