Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer Are Married! All the Details on Their Intimate California Backyard-Inspired Wedding

Congratulations are in order for Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer! The two actresses said “I do” in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 20, according to TMZ. The outlet reported that the duo officially tied the knot after picking up their marriage license last Tuesday. In photos posted by TMZ, the two women are seen exchanging rings under a bright orange patio umbrella. Meyer appeared to wear a short dress with a sheer collared top and cream-colored bottom, along with black loafers, for her nuptials. She also tied her hair back into a ponytail with a velvet black bow. Stewart, who decided to keep her bleach-blonde hair down for the occasion, donned what appeared to be a matching set, which included a button-down top (with a white t-shirt underneath) and an A-line skirt.

In front of approximately 60 guests, the two actresses were pictured reading their vows to each other from a piece of paper at Casita Del Campo, a Mexican restaurant. At one point during the ceremony, Meyer held a bouquet full of blue and white flowers. While the details about the affair have yet to be confirmed, it's likely the two brides opted not to walk down an aisle. In an interview with Howard Stern in 2021, Stewart spoke of her desire to forgo that tradition. "I want to stay home," she told Stern. "I want to be in L.A. so everyone can come and ... I want it to be pretty chill. I don't want anyone walking anyone down any aisles. Like, we're just gonna stand, do vows and f--king party after." 

Even though the celebration was an intimate affair, some of the couple’s famous friends were in attendance, including Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis. Benson was pictured donning a black tank top, silk midi skirt, and lace-trimmed heels for the occasion. The Pretty Little Liars actress also held an orange Hermès shopping bag in her hand, likely a gift for the newlyweds.

While it’s unclear what occurred at the post-ceremony festivities, guests were pictured seated at or standing near a number of colorful tables that had been arranged in the backyard-inspired space. White steel chairs gave them a place to sit if they opted to do so. Small potted trees appeared as décor between the tables—and an assortment of plants and trees were set around the perimeter of the space. Against one of the fences and under a colorful patio umbrella, bartenders appeared to fill coupe glasses with Champagne. While the ceremony unfolded during the day, outdoor string lights throughout the space hinted at the possibility of the post-nuptial celebration continuing into the evening.

Stewart and Meyer officially got engaged in 2021. And while they mostly kept their relationship out of the public eye, in 2024, the Twilight actress revealed the details of their proposal. “I told her I wanted to have somebody ask me to marry them, and then she did it,” Stewart said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. The Snow White and the Huntsman star also foreshadowed what her future wedding would look like in that same interview. “We’re both really casual people, and so we did this sweeping, traditional thing, where we were like ‘Marry me,’ [and] ‘You marry me,’ and then we just never planned a wedding because we were like ‘We kind of did it,’ but we’ll do it,” she said. “I think we have a very loose plan, which is appropriate to us for after I make my first movie.”
