Swiss-based couple Zoha and Azeez celebrated their forever in Dublin on a sunny day in June and every single detail oozed chicness. Their real wedding took place in the decadent surrounds of No. 25 Fitzwilliam Place which is located on The Georgian Mile. Their aesthetic was inspired by the venue that exudes modern elegance and Georgian grandeur and with plenty of Pinterest research they curated the day they always dreamt of. Romantic, intimate, and very "them", divine details included two captivating bridal looks, calla lilies, private vows before the ceremony, and a timeless white cake. If you're dreaming of a wedding day that exudes elegance with a minimalist feel we couldn't think of dreamier inspiration. With natural and elegant photography from Diana Pokusai, you're invited to experience every spectacular moment from their celebration in the heart of Dublin.

Check out their stationery suite which oozed modern regal elegance. Our talented bride designed the invites herself.

Let's get better acquainted with our amazing couple. They both have a bit of a dual identity Zoha says. "I would say I'm Irish/Pakistani as I was born and raised in Ireland but my parents are from Pakistan," she explains. "Azeez (Azy) was born in Nigeria and moved to Ireland when he was around 10 or 11."

Now for the short and sweet story of how they met… “We met originally in college in UCD back in 2014, since we were both in the same course studying science and eventually got to know each other that way. We became friends pretty easily and eventually overtime it ended up being something romantic once we finished college."

They got engaged in the summer of 2024 just before they were due to go on holidays. "We were flying to Turkey on the 4th of June 2024 for a holiday. The day before, June 3rd, was his birthday and we went out for dinner. When we got back to the apartment, he enlisted the help of our friends and had our place fully decorated with photos of us hanging from the ceiling, rose petals, candles and fairy lights, then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him." They moved to Switzerland after they got engaged.

From the beginning of the wedding planning process they knew that sticking to their budget was of the utmost importance and they didn't want to get caught up trying to impress others. "The most important thing for us was marrying each other and properly celebrating our relationship and everything we've been through."

They chose to forgo a lot of expected traditions and leant into what felt right for them as a couple, which made their wedding so special and personal. "We didn't stay away from each other the night before the wedding we actually spent it together at the Wilder Townhouse, writing our vows in our his and her notebooks and exchanging wedding gifts we got each other."

The bride admits she couldn't choose between her closest friends for her bridesmaids so she included three from secondary school and three from UCD. Carrying calla lily single stem bouquets they looked marvellous in mix and match gowns ranging from shining satin to romantic floral prints. "I didn't want them in the same exact dress in the same colours, so gave each of them a brief of pink, green and a floral and let the girls pick their dresses from that inspiration so they felt as beautiful as I did on on the day."

Joys Flowers in Ranelagh curated the floral arrangements which included soft pink garden roses and cascading greenery. Zoha completed her look with a loose and utterly lovely bridal bouquet which also boasted sculptural calla lilies.

“We had the incredibly talented Aisling Lyon’s perform Nervous by John Legend on the harp when I walked down the aisle. I think since we got engaged I knew it was going to be the song I walked down the aisle to, but I originally planned to have it played on Spotify by the venue, but maybe five months before the wedding I decided it might be better to have live music and I'm so glad I did, because hearing the melody on the harp honestly changed the atmosphere and created such a beautiful moment.”

Shona Weymes officiated their heartwarming ceremony and Zoha picked immensely moving readings for her bridesmaids that really captured her and her husband's views on love. "Rose read All I Know About Love by Neil Gaiman and it had me and my husband in tears. Ailbhe read An Uncommon Love by Tera Cox, it's short, sweet and heartfelt.”

Bridal bliss! Zoha sourced her dazzling Kyha Studios wedding dress at Meister Couture and she accessorised with One Dame Lane pearl drop earrings, a Monica Vinader necklace, Be Mini bridal heels from ASOS and a veil trimmed with broad lace.

Azeez sourced his wedding day look at Suitsupply and he accessorised with a sophisticated watch by Longines from Bläuer Bijouterie.

Their sleek white cake which was adorned with florals was made by Zuko's Bakery.

"I would advise anyone planning a wedding to trust your gut when making decisions because people love telling you what they think you should do, but remember they are projecting desires of their own, that they can have at their own wedding," the bride shares. "Your wedding has to feel right for you and your partner first and foremost! Also, remember that ultimately, the most important thing is the marriage. To share part of a text one of my best friends sent to me the night before my wedding: 'If you're feeling nervous, remember that all you have to do is show up and marry the love of your life. Everything else is just details."'

Graberry Paints created fabulous paintings of their guests, the sweetest memento!

Their first dance dance was to Beyond by Leon Bridges. While it was "cute, awkward and a little clumsy" as they did not practise before they absolutely adored the moment regardless. DJ Marty Conor ensured the hits were flowing all through the night, it was a party to remember!

For their honeymoon they treated themselves to an inclusive stay in an adult-only resort in Mauritius. "It was the best decision," they say. "We didn't want to stress or have to have jam packed itinerary, we wanted, the beach, some sun and some good food and Mauritius was perfect for that!"

Congratulations Zoha and Azeez! The sweetest thank you to our fabulous couple and to photographer Diana Pokusai for sharing today's captivating No. 25 Fitzwilliam Place wedding with One Fab Day!
