How They Met

It was somewhat of a whirlwind romance for the duo who met on the set of The Oranges in 2011. Things weren't romantic between the two initially as they were both dating other people at the time.

Rumours started circulating that The O.C actor and Gossip Girl star were an item in early 2013 when they were spotted going out for a dinner date in Venice. By November of that year they were engaged.

The Proposal

He spilled the juicy engagement details during an appearance on the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast.

"I'll spare the details. However, rest assured, it was not as romantic as it should have been," he shared.

The only thing that was romantic about it was the speed. He elaborated, "Meaning, like, I proposed pretty quickly into our relationship. We got married fast, but other than that, it was very pedestrian."

"I do kick myself a little," he added. "She deserved a little more."

The couple wed in a "super intimate" ceremony in Northern California in early 2014.
