Prepare to be left utterly spellbound by today's real wedding which unfolded in the spectacular surrounds of Cabra Castle in Co. Cavan. Jack and Martin's summer wedding was a modern and monochromatic masterpiece with a fashion-editorial aesthetic inspired by the understated elegance of Vogue-style weddings. 135 of their favourite people got a front-row seat to their classic black-tie celebration which focused on chic clean styling and wonderfully thoughtful details. The London-based couple dreamt of an elegant and fun celebration that would stand the test of time and as you are about to discover they absolutely aced their brief. Their August soiree was bursting with personality and love, check out their artful celebration below with authentic and creative wedding photography from Jessica Bryony.

Martin is Irish and Jack is from England and they had an instant connection when they met on the dating app Hinge. "From there, things naturally progressed, and the rest is history."

Fast forward to their proposal which actually took place on Martin’s 30th birthday which made the incredible moment so much more special. "It was a lovely way to celebrate such a big milestone together, and it was the beginning of planning the next chapter of our lives."

Their biggest priority was to create a celebration that truly felt like them and they wanted all their loved ones to have the best time celebrating with them. "We wanted everything to look beautiful, but just as importantly, we wanted everyone to have an amazing time. Having our favourite people together, enjoying great food, music and a proper celebration was what mattered most. We also wanted the day to feel personal rather than simply following traditional wedding expectations."

Resting on an idyllic 100-acre estate of manicured gardens and parkland, Jack and Martin were instantly enchanted by Cabra Castle which oozes old-world elegance and charm. "It felt like the perfect setting for the wedding we had in mind," they reflect. "The castle itself has so much character and history, with beautiful surroundings that gave us the perfect backdrop for the day. We loved that it felt grand and timeless, while still allowing us to make the wedding our own."

They tied the knot in the light-filled ceremony space The Granary and their beautiful and heartfelt ceremony was officiated by Shona Weymes.

The classic white florals by The Flower Barrow added to the sophisticated romance of their summer celebration.

Bridesmaids in black dresses can really make a statement and their leading ladies wore chic crew-neck gowns with ruched satin skirts from Club L London.

They shed more light on their breathtaking castle celebration, "We wanted a black-tie, editorial-style wedding with a timeless, fashion-inspired feel. The overall vibe was elegant but fun, with plenty of personality, great people and a big celebration. We wanted it to feel stylish without being too traditional or overly formal. The aim was for everything to feel effortlessly elegant rather than overly decorated."

Jack and Martin exuded timeless elegance wearing bespoke tuxedos with Russell & Bromley shoes.

Laura Logina of Laulo Cakes was the mastermind behind their sleek multi-tier white wedding cake which was adorned with fresh white blooms including ruffled hydrangea and heart-shaped anthurium.

Their favours included live illustrations and they had a merch table packed with personalised sunglasses, caps and tops.

"Getting married at Cabra Castle surrounded by our family and friends was incredibly special in itself," they say. "We wanted the day to reflect both of our personalities, with stylish details alongside plenty of fun."

The celebrations continued across the weekend with a relaxed and fun-filled day two BBQ at The Granary.

Jack and Martin haven't planned their honeymoon just yet as they have another very exciting project in the mix: they're saving to buy their own house! "We’d love to plan something special when the time is right, but for now, getting our first home together is the next big milestone we’re looking forward to."

Congratulations Jack and Martin! We were so honoured to share your incredible Cabra Castle wedding with our readers. A very special thank you to photographer Jessica Bryony who captured the occasion so magically. You can see more beautiful photos in the gallery below.
